ATFCM: study on the future of Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management in the framework of the Single European Sky
The SESAR project is shaping the future of the European Air Traffic Management in the framework of the Single European Sky. The future Concept of Operations (Conops) foresees a "Central Network Management Unit) for Europe. ALR (Carlo Bernasconi) is mandated by Eurocontrol to rpovide aqdvice and recommendations on the evolutions required from the present Central Flow Management Unit (CFMU) to cope with this new role.
